We can accommodate 150 guests. We provide the following for our guests: Indoor and outdoor accommodations, linens, 150 black chairs, 19 5 foot tables, a wedding coordinator, security, 2 hours of free set up the day before your event, a 10% discount to veterans, ample on site parking, handicap access to the barn, the lawn and restrooms and our splendid Bridal Suite.
Our outdoor pavilion is a 1500 sq. ft. covered area decorated with string lights. It is a beautiful space that can host the bar or dance floor or even host the ceremony in case of a rainy forecast. There is a built-in bar, fireplace, TV, and Bluetooth stereo. This space is connected to the main barn and opens up to the front lawn. Our recently added waterfall and backyard is the perfect addition and setting for small weddings, rehearsal dinners, or a friendly game of cornhole.
Our indoor space is not just a venue; it's a canvas awaiting your unique touch, designed to accommodate your guests for a seamless and memorable event. With four grand barn doors, we offer a beautiful indoor-to-outdoor flow, allowing your event to spill into the fresh air and enchanting surroundings.
Our beautiful bridal suite is located upstairs from the reception area. It has a beautiful sunroom with two oversized double-sided mirrors. It is the perfect place for you to get ready in natural light. It also has a kitchen, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a full private bathroom. Off of the bedroom is a large living room with a big screen TV, and a large dressing area for your bridesmaids.
Our Packages
·The daily rate to rent Autumn Oaks of Winder for a Friday or a Saturday without an overnight stay is $5000. This includes full use of the bridal suite and venue. Use of the facility can start as early as 7 AM the day of the ceremony and will end at 11PM that evening. Rehearsal dinners will be an additional $700.
·The overnight cost for a Friday or a Saturday rental of the Bridal suite is $6500. Check in at 11:00 AM the day of and checkout is 11:00 AM the following day. Rehearsal dinners will be included at no charge.
·The weekend rate to rent the Bridal Suite is $7500. This includes full use of the bridal suite and venue will be from Friday at 11am – Sunday at 11 am. . Rehearsal dinners will be included at no charge.
· For weddings in the months of December, January, February, June July and August $1000 off for a min of 2 night stay
